We currently ship to all locations across India. Whether you are in a metropolitan city or a remote area, we strive to reach you with our quality products. Our shipping network covers all states and union territories of India.
Serviceable Areas: We ship to both urban and rural areas. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Our commitment to transparency means you will never encounter unexpected shipping fees or surcharges at any stage of your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.
Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to verify your order details and delivery address before processing. This helps ensure accurate delivery and prevents fraudulent orders.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method used. Generally, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
Metro Cities: Orders to major metropolitan areas such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Tier 2 Cities: Orders to smaller cities and towns usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Rural Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take 7-10 business days or longer, depending on accessibility and local courier service availability.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or the courier's website.
Track Your Order: Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email address to view real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Process
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order to the address you provided during checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.
Delivery Confirmation: For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not always carry change.
Signature Required: A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. This helps protect against lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:
External Factors: Natural disasters, severe weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen events can cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
Courier Issues: Delays may also occur due to courier service disruptions, incorrect address information, or issues with local delivery infrastructure.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Address Verification: We may contact you to verify your address if we notice any discrepancies or missing information. Providing accurate contact information helps us reach you quickly if needed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Reporting Issues: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product inside, report it to us within 48 hours. Provide photos of the damaged package and product to help us process your claim.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and wish to purchase our products, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
