Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Items Eligible for Return: All bedsheets and textile products purchased from Valid Choice are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions stated above. We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Items Not Eligible for Return: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are also not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges. If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will also refund the return shipping costs.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cash on Delivery Orders: For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange items if you receive a defective product or if you ordered the wrong size or color. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange: Contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange. We will arrange for the defective or incorrect item to be picked up and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Size or Color Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or a store credit for a future purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Reporting Damage: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you notice any damage or defects. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
